Executive Summary & White Paper
  • Purdue OWL

  • This report examines [问题], with the aim of determining whether [目标]. Findings indicate that [结果], suggesting that [结论]. We recommend that [建议].
  • Organizations across [行业] continue to grapple with [痛点], often at significant cost to [受影响的一方].

  • The data presented in this section point to a clear pattern: [发现], a finding with direct implications for [读者的决策].
  • Rather than treating [症状] in isolation, this white paper argues that the underlying driver is [根本原因].
  • Taken as a whole, the evidence supports adopting [方案] as the most cost-effective path forward.

❌ This report is about our company's performance and some problems we found. ✅ This report evaluates Q3 performance against target and identifies three cost drivers requiring immediate action.

❌ We suggest that maybe the company could think about improving this in the future. ✅ We recommend reallocating 15% of the marketing budget to retention campaigns within the next quarter. "maybe...could think about...in the future" 一连三层弱化,读起来像不敢负责任;执行摘要的建议段落要用明确的动词、具体的数字/时间框,含糊的语气在这个文体里等于没有建议。
